Duane

Duane (Co-founder, Managing Director & Disability Support Worker)

With a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, Duane co-founded Global Caring Enterprises to make a positive impact on the lives of NDIS participants. His leadership and vision have shaped the company's commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality support services. Duane also actively takes part in providing disability support work, ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible.

Kirsty

Kirsty (Co-founder, Specialist Support Coordinator & Disability Support Worker)

Kirsty's extensive experience in the disability support sector, combined with her passion for helping others, led to co-founding Global Caring Enterprises with Duane. As the Director of Operations, Kirsty oversees the day-to-day management of the resort-style property and ensures that all clients receive exceptional care and support. Kirsty also contributes directly to support work, helping our clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Layla

Layla, our valued team member at Global Caring Enterprises, is a Senior Support Worker, Activity Coordinator, and Support Coordinator. With her compassionate nature and extensive background in disability support, she is dedicated to providing personalized care and assistance to clients, fostering an inclusive environment with engaging activities. Layla collaborates closely with NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders to create tailored support plans that meet individual needs and goals.

Savannah

Savannah (Disability Support Worker)

Savannah's commitment to helping others and her expertise in disability support make her an essential member of our team. She works closely with our clients to provide the necessary support and care, enabling them to develop new skills and enjoy greater independence.

Amy

As a Support Coordinator, Amy is responsible for developing and implementing tailored support plans for our clients. She collaborates with NDIS participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
