After submitting your STA Booking enquiry form, our STA intake and assessment coordinator will reach out to you within 24 hours. If further information or clarification is needed before providing a provisional STA quote, we will discuss it during our contact. This allows you to specify any requirements and customize your STA stay according to your preferences.
Before approving the provisional STA quote, kindly seek confirmation from your plan manager and/or support coordinator (if applicable).
If you would like to arrange a visit before making a booking, please inform us. We warmly welcome client and carer visits and would be happy to accommodate your request.
